Lindsey Heaven of Darling Road

With a name as angelic as Lindsey Heaven, and residing at such a perfect address as Darling Road, there is only one way wedding stationery could go for this girl! And that, of course is whimsical wedding stationery in a magical fantasy fairytale style. We've paid homage to our favourite illustrators, Rob Ryan and Jan Pienkowski, and created a magical winter's tale. It's the first time in a long time that Tigerlily has been designing, as she's ben fairly tied up with her newish bundle of joy, Lyra. But it's good to be back!

What I do when I am at work

Some of the time my real life day job work involves doing a bit of illustration as well as design, which i LOVE!

Working on these books by Cathy Cassidy (who is such a sweet lady as well as a top author) have become my favourite sort of job. I hand letter the title type, and draw the bits and bobs that go on the cover, (I did all these apart from Scarlett) put it all together and sit back admiringly! Recently I even got to do the illustrations on the chapter heads inside on her latest book, Gingersnaps.

There's a new one in the pipeline but I think it is still under wraps. I think it's the best yet though and does involve CAKE. It publishes in the summer this year I think.
